The St. John's Annual Playday Golf Outing is a fundraiser that gives individuals and organizations the opportunity to show their support of Catholic education in our community.  It is through the generous contributions and participation of the many individuals and organizations over the past fifteen years that has enabled St. John's School to raise over $480,000 in support of Catholic Education right here in Johnsburg.

St. John the Baptist Catholic School first opened its doors in 1843.  It is proud to have the title as the first Catholic School in McHenry County.  Throughout the past 165 years, St. John's has been able to offer its students an education stressing Catholic principles and scholastic excellence.  The success of the diocesan and state recognized school is due to the dedication of the Church, school staff, parents and our benefactors.
